I'm done with both of my classes, my work Christmas party will be done after this weekend, and both my kids Christmas programs for school are this week, so after this week most of the busy things we have to do will be done. My daughter's birthday party will be the only thing (right now at least) until Christmas. We're even almost done shopping. It feels good to know that we'll be able to relax a bit.
I am not doing well at all right now with eating and haven't done any exercise since the beginning of November. I'm going to try to do better with my eating and now that my class is done I don't have that as an excuse in the evening not to exercise. Here's hoping I can motivate myself to do healthy things during this chaotic and chocolate filled time of year. :)
