BGL @ 11:11 am - 115
I have gone back on the insulin in small amounts to get my BGLs under control. Definitely not taking as much as before, but realizing that my BGLs staying in the high 100s and 200s is not healthy either *sighs*
I had a wonderful holiday weekend and managed to remain LC the whole time. So very proud of myself!
I had a wonderful visit from my favorite cousin yesterday. He was shocked by my weight loss and said he could definitely see a difference (made me feel great because Dad and Brother say they don't see one, but they see me all the time). It was great to have a validation. He said he could also tell an overall improvement of my health especially with my walking. Before I was so stiff and sore all the time and the neuropathy so bad in my feet that it was hard to walk. Now it is so much easier! Ahhhh felt so great to talk with him and have some positive reinforcement for a change!
