Surprisingly, I didn't gain anything over the Thanksgiving holiday. I didn't lose, but I didn't gain. And I actually ATE!! Whoop! God is good, y'all!

Still to go: 31.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello all, Ditto. I didn't lose, but didn't gain either. Congrats on holding steady. This is not the best time of year for anyone trying to lose weight. Just joined this group. Looking forward to success.
