Today is a major workout day - weighed myself this morning and I'd have to go back to July since I weighed this much - hope some of it is water weight - I did great with eating yesterday so...
I did my abs this morning, then went for a 5K run at park and then to the pool for an hour of swimming/pool walking... hoping to offset whatever is going on. I feel good though so....
