I've had such a hard time getting in enough calories for the past couple of days since I went into ketosis and upped my protein just a bit. I've read not to force feed on keto, but I just really don't like seeing them that low. I would have been at about 600 calories today without forcing a little more.
On another note, I saw a cross fit gym while Christmas shopping today. I wanted to go to one so bad when I had gotten so into lifting last year. Sounds like another goal after I get some muscle memory pumped back up.

I was the same way today. I ended around 888 calories because I forced myself to eat some celery and blue cheese. For some reason I'm just not that hungry!

Not to worry...I ate your calories for you and still stayed within most of my ranges. Went to Billage Inn and had a delicious French toast combo :D
I'm a baconholic so only eating the two pieces that came with my combo was success at it's best!
