169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

It can take a while for you to make yourself a priority after childbirth. Be gentle with yourself...you will get there.

Include your baby in your workout routine, like going for a run.
