Ah well here we go again! Lost a good bit early in the year and went on a great vacation to Mexico. However, on return it's been beers, junk food and a lazy head. Back up at 197lbs so time to get back on the wagon. Its Sunday morning, last hangover going, healthy eating in and bring it on.
