My first real day--starting over again--as I am 71 as far as I am concerned it is sink or swim. Trying to weed out the junk foods and come up with sensible snacks other than fruit or veggies--will try and come up with something new.
Personally am going thru rough financial times, may get even rougher yet--am trying to hold on--just taking it one step at a time and day by day--we shall see--anyway here goes.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 October 2015:
1860 kcal Fat: 75.50g | Prot: 54.29g | Carb: 259.17g.   Breakfast: Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Bananas, 1% Fat Milk, Cheerios. Lunch: Chocolate Chip Cookies (Soft Type), Nabisco Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers (29g), Progresso Vegetable Classics Hearty Tomato Soup, Progresso Vegetable Classics Hearty Tomato Soup. Dinner: Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Great Value Deli Style Seasoned Potato Wedges, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other: Wawa Sugar Free Ice Cream. more...

Too much age, (am 80) too little money - the story of my life. Wish you luck. Also, I do not like salads, so getting full is hard. I rely on eggs and cottage cheese for protein. Try to have fun.
