It's only day 2, and I am feeling pretty great! I had a successful lunch out, but I didn't eat enough and was pretty hungry by 3. I had a decent snack and am still feeling full from that. Dinner out tonight with some relatives! I am nervous though. I am afraid that I have built this whole process so much in my head that come Saturday morning, I'm not going to get the results I'm wanting/expecting. I know I just need to let it go, and not get discouraged if I don't lose as much as I wanted. It's only week one. Stop overthinking this.
