I've been stuck at 189. This morning it was 188 but I am not weighing that in because I know it will be right back at 189 before nights out. It's depressing having a tyroid problem. I can go weeks and never eat over 2,000 calories and barely eat 1,000 and still my weight don't move much if any. Hopefully things will begin to drop again soon.

Hang in there friend! I gained 44 pounds when my thyroid was out of balance and it's taken me 1 year to lose 22 pounds and I still have another 18 to go before I'm done. I'll suggest that you look at and use the calorie king's site to determine how many calories you should be eating in order to lose weight. After I figured out from their calculations I should be eating between 11 and 1300 calories to lose I've been losing .8 consistently!! Giving up won't help anything and my suggestion is take the loss and don't weigh in again for a week!! :-D
