2 weeks has gone by and I have struggled with gaining a few and losing a few. I don't know what it is about the weekend that makes me want to eat unhealthy. I do well during the week and Its like im waiting for the weekend to indulge in something delicious. HAHA The struggle is real!
154.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I can not eat unhealthy on the weekend but then that makes it ten times harder for me and I will probably just binge eat at some point and give up. So I have to allow myself some leeway. I do think however If maybe I can plan the cheat. If i say I am really craving this and this will be my one thing I eat and that is it. Im going to try that this weekend. You would think the having to work so hard every week just work off what I ate would detour me from doing so.

I feel the exact same way, I do everything right during the week and then I hear the words Friday and Saturday and there I am just eating away I completely feel the same way and understand you but I guess we have to just realize that we either stick to it or we will fight this battle forever
