Waiting on contractor to arrive...between 7am and 7:15am. Seriously.

Too late to bed, and early to rise. Coyotes are near...probably in the creek that runs alongside the house, just across the pasture, near the tree line. One is one thing...a whole bunch of them barking/howling joyfully.....completely another. Really don't care for these creatures.

Still working out with left elbow brace -- reps are creeping back up to where I started...listening to body.
