Ok so I broke my promise to myself. I didn't go to the gym today. I weighed this morning and the scales are going in the wrong direction. Unless I am gaining muscle I am not doing something right. I am going to talk to a trainer tomorrow at the gym and see if maybe muscle is what is going on. At least imhope that is what is happening. I can't tell that I have lost any weight but everyone else says they can. I am almost to the point of just giving up but part of me is saying don't just work a little harder and stick with it. Am I the only one that has ever had is feeling? I am just going to have to be a little harder on myself. Feeling a little bummed.

It probably is muscle...it helps me if I pay more attention to how my clothes fit - sometimes I don't think I'm losing weight but I do notice that a shirt that used to be too small, I can wear again. Also don't be too hard on yourself! It looks like you are working really hard and doing a great job. Just keep going...you can do it!

You are not alone!!! I don't watch the scale too much - I pay closer attention to how my clothes fit. Because I can tell that some of the fat around my middle is firming up - and muscle does weigh more than fat!! Stick with it! You can do this!! It is the beginning of a healthier and happier you!

Thanks guys. I guess I am just wishing I could lose as quick as my husband. But I know men lose faster than women. I want give up I will stick with. Thanks again for the support. 😃
