Ugh... why is this so hard :( Frustration frustration frustration! Guilt, shame, anger, self-deprecation. Apathy.

None of these are helpful emotions.

Hang in there. Don't be too hard on yourself. We all hit tough patches, but as long as you don't quit following your plan, you will eventually get through to success again.
