I didn't cheat yesterday...maybe it was all the cream cheese type stuff I ate?? I guess maybe I should have cheated with a 1.1 lb gain! I'm super super disappointed!

Good for you, Holly, (on not cheating, that is)! I declared my independence from Atkins for a day and, no, I don't regret a single lemon bar or beer but I sure wish it hadn't been the latecomers bringing the veggies and dip to that picnic. Well, for me, it is happy back on the wagon day.
