Bowls's Journal, 18 June 2015

Been a hell of a long road. Leg injury has taken so long to get back up and running.
Physio managed to get my foot back into place, so hope we can do some light exercise over the next few weeks.
Had another holiday for 3 weeks so weight gain, eating carbs naughty naughty, and feel the worst for it.

Re start today so will weigh in next month in the hope we have lost the weight gain.
