well this week has not been very good for me. Ive had alot of stress and not prepared with my food or intake. My kids moved back in with my grandbabies and I ran out of things to eat lol so i either didnt eat or ran out of food lol. So Im gonna plan better this week. This is the first time since I have started that ive had a gain . So Im gonna have to prepare better.
