I created a schedule last night, which I promptly ignored in favor of sleep this morning. I'm really struggling to wake up in the mornings. I've got to do it though. I also have to redo the schedule's a little bit to work in the time for my C25K times. I'm excited about it. I'm hoping my lungs don't give me too much trouble, still some congestion in there. I'm excited today about the future, and not sure if it's real excitement or hypomania. We're having a dinner here at the complex in a little over an hour. I'm going to buckle down and do some exercise in a bit, and kicking out some of my leisure time to get the exercise time in.

Are you getting to bed early enough to get up for your schedule? I have a hard time getting up when I have less than 8 hours of sleep.

Yep. The medication is keeping me under. I'm sleeping 12-14 hours at a time. :/ I woke up early this morning and managed to stay awake a couple of hours before crashing again. It's a start.
