Day 5 - Feeling good! I've made it to day 5 woohoo hehe:) That's the longest streak I've had in a long while lol. It's getting easier now and think I can even cut back a bit on the food. Am starting to feel super full on what only made me just satiated at the beginning of the week. Got to watch how I feel rather than what I am used to eating. Going to get some exercise done today and have decided to start training to do pull ups just cause it would be awesome to be able to do them hehe.
