Haven't been following the plan. I did gain more weight and land only .1 lower than I last weighed. I started the Metabolism Miracle diet today. Hopefully that will help me stay on track.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
