Still no weight loss!!!!! I dropped my calorie intake to 1400. I've been working out for 45 mins 3x a week. Monday will be 4 weeks using FS and I just don't know what else to do. No loss at all in 4 weeks.

I DID, however lose 1" in my waist, 1" in my hips and half an inch in my thighs. But that's it.

Waist 29"

Butt 43"

Thighs 24.5"

The fact that you've lost an inch off your waist and hips is HUGE. The numbers will catch up. Focus on the energy you've gained and how your clothes feel. Keep doing the right stuff. Drink water and get enough sleep :)

Sounds like you are losing fat, even though the scale isn't moving. I had a friend go down 4 sizes and the scale didn't move for a few months. Fat loss is more important than weight loss. You can be thin and carry too much fat. You have little to lose and may already be a in a healthy weight range for your height so getting the weight off can take a lot of time and hard work. The fact that your losing inches means you are doing something right. I know its frustrating, but you are doing great. I always say I would rather weigh 50 and be a size 4 than weigh 140 and be a size 8. Exercise and fat loss make a difference. Try upping your protein and focusing on plenty of fresh fruit and veggies. Drink that water. Lean dairy is supposed to help with fat loss too. Keep at it. You may not get fast results, but you are getting some.

You're obviously losing fat. You're probably building muscle at the same time.

newnormal...what's sleep? hahahaha. I try, I really do. It's hard with 3 kids sometimes. They're all in bed by 8 and i'm in bed by 10 but when your husband doesn't come to bed til midnight or later and wakes you up just by moving around, and when your brain wakes you every 2 hrs for the heck of it, or when one of the kids is having a bad night, it's VERY hard to get adequate sleep lol. Hubby hears nothing so I'm left to tend to whoever is having the issue. It's mostly my daughter....she often has bad dreams and yells out in her sleep and apparently I'm the only one that hears it lol. And if hubby isn't in the bed with me, I have a hard time sleeping, knowing all the lights are still on downstairs. I can't get the rest I need until everything is shut off. And he'll come to bed any time after 12 and then take a shower and crawl in bed, and all that wakes me up so then I have to try to get back to sleep. I keep telling him that my lack of sleep is preventing me from losing weight lol.

Actually, you are not far off. Lack of sleep can interfere with weight loss.
