I ate too much yesterday. Too much miso soup, too much tofu and too much liquid stayed in me because everything I ate has too much salt. The problem is, I am addicted to salt too. Well, it's time to go and sweat it out. That 's the only way I know unless I take a water pill to get rid of the extra weight. I'll take a pee pill and walk the dogs. It's a plan.
