I was going to try to fast today, but I didn't make it. I am starved. LOL. I think I'm going to take my daughter to Subway when she ever gets back from the ballet. She went to see Coppelia (?) today with her Grandmother. I ended up having a yogurt and 4 pieces of celery. I'm starved. Fasting isn't for me. I'm afraid to have a glass of wine now--it will probably make me tipsy. LOL.

How about next Sunday. We can fast at the same time. It's not as bad as all that. No snacking once tipsy!

LOL--I had two glasses of wine and I think one was enough. I cleaned the bunny cage and that's when I had the second glass. I still haven't eaten dinner and I probably won't. I was hoping to go out once my daughter got home, but hubby wanted to go out to do something else. I was so mad--errr. I'm sure he'll feed his face. LOL.

Okay, having dinner now. Won't even get into this fiasco. I am eating right--fish and spinach, but ugh.!!! LOL Yes, I would like to fast!

not sure how long you are wanting to fast but I have been doing IF and I don't eat after 6 or 7, then when I get up I have my BPC and don't eat til late afternoon/evening. The fats in the BPC keep me from being hungry. It has worked out really well for me...

I just wanted to try it for one day. I don't even know how to do it. I figured, nothing to eat for day, but I can drink (not alcohol). I had hypoglycemia in the past and I try to get through it, but it doesn't always work with me. I ended up eating a piece of cod and a very small amount of spinach. I try not to eat after 6 or 7 during the week and I eat breakfast (yogurt, 90 calories) at 10:00.

Sometimes when you know someone else is suffering with you it helps. :)

I was thinking Gatorade for the electrolytes.

You are already doing intermittent fasting. Depending on what you set your timing to 16/8 is very common.
