Well I'm stuck in a plateau with my fat going up and down with no trend. Trying out an ultra low carb diet for a few weeks to see if that will help. I have also added more interval training to my workouts. I would like to drop down to 15% BF as fast as possible. I was thinking I would be there by now after hitting 20% for Christmas.

How tall are you? You're 260 and 20% body fat? That's incredible! I'd suggest watching your quality of fats and maybe getting more carbs for a week. Hit your maintenance. Let your body's endocrine system reset. That may help. I always find anything below 20% to be very slow to lose. Our bodies simply will not let us drop the weight we used to when we get that low. I'm about 17% right now and shooting for 175, which should be 12%. I'm expecting it to take at least 2 months.

The ultra low carb diet was incompatible with my desired level of gym intensity. I'm going to go back to my 40/40/20 P/F/C split. I'm going to lower the total kcals by 250 or so for a couple of weeks and try that. I'll probably lose some muscle but this belly fat has to go.
