The scale stayed the exact same. I think that's good right now! LOL. Hoping it will go down tomorrow, but at this point, I had expected an increase from the weekend. I'd rather it stay the same, then climb, right? Not feeling the greatest today. I forgot to take my thryroid medicine yesterday and on top of that, got broken sleep last night. Totally exhausted today and stomach feels off. I'm sure once I get to work, all will be good :)

Better the same than up! I'm stalled out too this week. I'm not looking forward to weigh in day. It is frustrating when you know you haven't cheated, and the scale stares back at you like "haha! not budging, fatty" but that's when it's more important than ever to stay on track.

LOL--I love that--because I swear, my scale talks back. It's so funny when I weigh in when I wake up. I make sure the cats and dogs aren't near me to step on the scale or rub up against me. LOL. I'm trying to be real good. I'm back on my routine--3rd day. Hubby is cooking me fish and I'm not sure what else. I went to our local liquor store, but they didn't have "Skinny Girl" wine, so I'm drinking my regular. I did pick up some "Skinny Girl" Margarita drink for the weekend, though :) I'm a bit anxious because I put in for a new job at work. I really really really want it so bad. I'm not going to eat away my anxiety. I'm hoping I can do the opposite--haha. Let's starve the anxiety :)
