I have done well with my eating today. I had a fiber bar for breakfast, lunch was yogurt and banana, dinner was a salad I made at home. I had 19 oz of water today as well as 2 diet cokes and 1 sprite. I am determined to lose 5 lbs by this weekend. Does anyone have any hints or tricks to tell me, so I can not snack after supper or before bed, that is when I am at my weakest and want to eat everything in site.

if you want to loose 5lbs i would recommend cutting out the sodas and maybe doing low carb.. I lost 8 lbs my first week

carrots and celery are good and I'm not sure, but plain or l/f popcorn. Check the calories on that before eating it.

Protein is your best option to take off a few pounds quickly and keep you satiated so you are not hungry. Plan a snack for when you know you will be hungry (a cheese stick, deviled egg, greek yogurt, etc.).

thanks I really appreciate all the advice. I am trying to get rid of the sodas, I have gone from 6 a day down to 3.

best snack. Sugar free jello. No carbs and 10 calories

that is a great idea, thanks I picked up some sugar free pudding just the other day and I forgot about having it.

Skinnypop popcorn. Big bowl only 150 calories.

Sometimes you just got to power through it and eat nothing! I don't allow myself to eat anything after 7pm...
