MARCH 31,2015
Our move is done.The mess from unpacking is gone. My schedule is made. Day to day life is going a little easier for me to keep up & not feel overwhelmed. My mind is ready to get my body back where it needs to be!

A review of where I *was*(Aug.25,2013 measurements:44-46-44) Barrel shaped
A review of where I *left off*(Dec.29,2014 measurements:44.5-44.5-40.75)-4.75"
A review of where I *am*(Mar.31,2015 measurements:47-45.5-46)Up in #'s but getting hourglass

Overall goals are still the same:measurements 36-24-36, size 4-7, 115-120 lbs

Plan of Action: 30 min.sweat dripping workouts 5-10 times a week(cardio/weights)

Meal Plan:Self-Controlled 80% Healthy 20% Toxic

Wrist-6
Forearm-9
Bicep-12 3/4
Thigh-21 1/2
Bust-47....Waist-45 1/2....Hips-46

Thanks Deb! I realize Im not on here as much as I would like to be but want YOU to know,& my other buddies & supporters to know that I am still in the game. I am tracking what I eat as well as my activity & results. I will be more visible again but just not certain as to when. Please dont forget me :) I have not forgotten YOU!!! BTW its not been a month yet since my last measurements were recorded but Ill let you know as of this moment I am DOWN 4 1/4 inches :O WHOOP WHOOP Look for a posting of my new #s in 12 days :D
