Counting carbs is really working. Amazing how reading labels on sugar content, salt content, Carbs, Fibre etc can make such a difference.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
