I hadn't weighed myself for about 2 weeks and stepped on the scale this morning and this is what I saw. I really couldn't believe it. So now it is back to the drawing board. I understood the cold weather kept me from doing any kind of walking or exercise. Cold outside always wanting to stay warm. Staying at home led to eating or sitting, I guess. MOre than I realized. That's alright. I will take it off. Just starting over today!
170.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
