Still working out how to use this site, but can see how helpful it is, with lots if different foods. I REALLY want to lose this weight and feel much better already about my relationship with food and exercise. My aim is to lose about 1 kilo per week. I'm even emotionally prepared for plateaus and other speed bumps! I don't think about wanting to lose 16 kilos. At the moment I will be over the moon when I lose two!!
