FAST FOOD IS NOT YOUR FRIEND!!

Validated once again why fast food is NOT our friend!

Skipped breakfast this morning in preps for a morning massage at the chiroprrators office (there is just too much that can go wrong when someone is pushing on your lower back when your stomach is full :0) ).

Thought "I can handle increased cals from fast food since I did not eat breakfast", so stopped at Burger King for the classic Chicken sandwich, large fries and medicum Dr. Pepper (I know... soda is poison). Quite the filling meal... as well it should be at 1400+ calories!!! I was thinking maybe 800-1000... boy was I off.

ONCE AGAIN... FAST FOOD IS NOT YOUR FRIEND!

Did it taste good? When I had fast food after many months without it just tasted salty and chemically (plus I was hungry in another 30 min. even though my tummy was doing weird things). I haven't been back for any of it. Sometimes I miss my favorties (I'm talking about you, fake rib sandwich, then I remember...The Day...
