There it comes. I'll probably do a fast again on Sunday to see what happens. I actually enjoy the fast. It makes me focus on other things.

Too bad it's not Throwback Thursday. I guess it's only once a month. Too bad. You ladies are missing out on this one. Having CR vet the photo to consider whether I'd get banned. lol No. Of course I'm not naked! Eccentric? Nobody in my family is eccentric.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
