Hi everyone! I am hanging in there. I want to lose more weight than I do (Like 3 lbs a week!) LOL I think that is probably unrealistic though! My Mother in law brought more goodies down stairs. Why? It looks like the Best Angle food cake that I ever seen. She also brought the strawberries to go over the top. REALLY? GOOD NEWS-I didn't eat it! OMG!! I got the sugar free Candies instead, in case I get a snack attack!! I am wishing you all a really great Blessed evening!~Ann :) :)

Congrats on your progress and on overcoming a possible "detour" to your eating plan. You know I don't believe it is possible to "jinx" folks, so let me congratulate you on being almost halfway to your goal. You are so wonderful as an example AND as a Buddy. Thanks

mmmm, just thinking, the old weight watchers and the old low fat diets all ok'd angel food cake as a good desert.. Maybe she was trying to be supportive. Many recommended topping it with fruit instead of frosting.
