Sore like crazy today. I stopped in the weight room before work. We have a little weight room in our lunch area. I usually stretch out there every morning by doing some curls, rows, leg lifts, tri's on the cables, and lats. Just one set of each to get the joints moving. I feel much better to start the day. The soreness goes away momentarily. Today changed. Kids were called off of school due to ice/snow which led to me changing my meal plan. It is now completely balanced. I love it when that happens.
