Got a new scale. Weight was five pounds higher than old scale. oh well, it'll pass...I'll just have to step up my game to get to where I was. didn't realize my old scale had me weighing less. I walked for two hours today in retaliation. I will lose the extra weight. 50lbs more... I'll get this done by May. I got to. I don't want to disappoint.

204.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
