Another day, passed to fast, Did finally get out, for grocery run, made another trip to the outside world without blowing my diet, Is there any kind of breath mint or hard candy mints that don't have carbs. I even tried to find a gum. Noticed today my clothes don't feel as tight and uncomfortable. excited over weigh in, Monday. Ok Have a blessed night.
