I'll try to catch up on everyone by the weekend. Little computer time with getting back to exercise. Made it to the community center, minutes on the treadmill. Then had a ton of chores to catch up on. So finally stopping @ 9:00. After my bed time.

Tomorrow is a lost day for exercise and I will attempt to be reasonable on food. Now, shouldn't be too hard as I can't eat that much. A work dinner and at a terrific Italian restaurant. Ill have enough time to run home for less than an hour and I have to make something for a work lunch thing on Friday.

Hey, Deb, we've missing most of the snow. We had a bit of rain/ sleet/ snow last night but just a little not enough to do much. just dang cold again. They are saying snow for the weekend, haven't heard any amounts.
