I feel awesome. I have been just staying focused. I am really enjoying my routine.

Breakfast: Smoothie
Snack: Nuts
Lunch: half sandwich and half salad
Snack: nuts or trail mix or fruit
Dinner: Smoothie
200.2 lb Lost so far: 59.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
