I have fallen off the wagon, and now it's time to get back on. I ran my first 1/2 marathon last Sunday and used that as an excuse to eat anything I wanted. Time to stop making excuses and loose that last 14 lbs.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 118.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
