Since Thanksgiving 2014, I've been trying to eat fewer carbs, more protein, vegetables and good fats, per Dr. Perlmutter, author of Grain Brain.
159.9 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
