Today is blood work day. Couldn’t get an appointment until 12:30 even two weeks ago. So today is unwelcome fast for the morning. Will have to do exercise later in the day which stinks but feeling so lousy don’t want to overdo on empty stomach. Fingers crossed I figure out what’s wrong with me.
