Thanksgiving was good, but I splurged a lot over the past couple of weeks and am afraid to get on the scale. Entered a pact with friends to go without any junk food for 21 days beginning yesterday, so that will help. Will be back with the trainer in the gym next week and with the cafeteria at work closed for three months (no excuse to eat oversalted and yet tasteless food), I should be able to keep to my diet and lose 1-2 lbs a week. Will weight in on Monday and start from there.
