Hello everyone, I haven't gotten on here and said hello before. I was doing really good until the holiday arrived. Dinner on Christmas eve and then another dinner on Christmas day where I ate whatever was being served. I haven't tracked my food for a couple of days and am certain that I put on a few lbs. Tomorrow I'm getting back on track. I've lost about 100 lbs. since I've changed my eating life style and have done much improvement to my health and well-being. The carbs are calling out to me where I wasn't even craving them before. It just feels like I have to start over and it isn't easy to do. Well I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and together we can do this. Thanks for the support - Diane

You've done extremely well. Enjoy your Christmas and then get back on track as it's never too late and we all have slip ups this time of year. The important thing is that we don't let it carry into the new year. Merry Xmas and have a great 2015. By the way, I had a few slips ups, but decided not to be so hard and judgmental on myself and I am ready to get back on track.
