Can't seem to get below 239lbs. I keep bouncing up and down. My husbands says to keep going on my plan and I will get there. He is so supportive of this journey I am on. We have been married 4 years next month and he has only known me heavy. Looking forward to the day when I am lighter than him.

Hang in there. I thought I was never going to get out of the 230s then whoosh! I'm about to leave the 220s. You just have to keep focus and not give up.

Yes thats so wonderful! I have had that place in my life too where the heaviness has been with me for years. I have had to rely on comforting effects of food as to not lose my mind a long time ago, but now the after effects are challenging 25 years later. Good luck my friend! Keep up the good work.

that is super you have a partner that is supportative, mine was not. So just keep on KEEPING on and hopefully he is joining you in this journey and not keeping things that are not on you plan in the house.
