Weighed in - 241.8.
Stayed up later than normal. At 5:37am woke up - husband still snoring - obviously he didn't set his alarm. Walked in, asked him if today was his rest day - he said yes. Went back to bed and slept till 6:30am. Good to sleep in. Just weird dreams.

-Had a v16 (Advocare) caffeine-free energy drink with breakfast w/ 16.9 fl oz water.
-Breakfast - 2 large eggs, scrambled. Topped with 1 cup of chopped kale, 1 slice canadian bacon, 1/2 tomato and sirachi. SPICY!
Drove 45 minutes into the office today. Wore new sweater and turtle neck. Was told I looked great in the outfit. :)
-Morning Snack at office: 1 Advocare snack bar - Double chocolate - and 16fl oz herbal tea.
**I snacked last night - no excuses. It happened. Tonight I need to be more careful. Back to no snacking after 8pm.
Lunch: Shake (Carnation instant breakfast drink + tera's whey goat protein + unsweetened coconut milk) and 2 clementines.
Snack: 16 fl oz of herbal tea + Advocare RAW bar
Supper: Soup and 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich
Snack: Ruby Rocket and apple and maybe some herbal tea


REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK:
Really working on getting my mind and my heart in the right direction. Started to focus on listening to Christian music more often than not (it's uplifting). When I have an opportunity to be cynical or bitter or angry or gossipy.....I stop myself and flip the attitude to more positive. I pray for staying hopeful daily. I thank God that He has never left me...it was I who had drifted away and nearly ever aspect of my life, including my eating habits, showed it.

Your 'reflections' could have been written by me. I find that when I'm more mindful of keeping God by my side throughout the day whether in exercise, will power, or my biggest downfall...being judgmental, everything works better in my life. Thanks for the uplift.
