Today being the 2nd day of restart of induction after 6 good days and one blowout day on last Sunday as far as carbs. I'm confident that I can actually stick to this if I look for variety as so I wont get bored with the same old meals. Still dealing with headaches from withdrawl of carbs. I was a big carboholic before I started this so my body is in detox. Need to pick up on water but being a cashier for 4-6 hours a day the water creates a problem where I am not able to leave my register just to go. So I will have to work around that. Great day feeling motivated!

have you tried chicken bullion or broth? that can really help with the detox symptoms. don't get the low-salt kind, the salt in the bullion helps most people get through the "atkins flu."
