Good Sunday to All.

Mid 20's here in SW Ohio. Gained an hour with TZ change. Not much action today - a little lunch and taking in the movie "John Wick" with the kids.

Get in a workout before everyone wakes up, the extra hour helps:
Side Planks
Swiss Ball Mtn Climbers
Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls
Chin and Pull Ups / Hanging Leg raises
Clean and Press to Overhead Squats
Side Box Jumps
Bench Press
Inverted Rows
Deadlifts to Shoulder Shrugs
Cable Pulls with Planks
Dips w/knee raise
Sprints and then 30 minutes on Recumbent bike

Hey how was John Wick?

Rockies - I loved John Wick - but you really have to know that it isn't trying to be too much. it was a stylized, nothing but bullets ballet, with a high body count. i mean keaunu probably said 5 lines in the entire movie. i'd recommend, but it really depends.
