Monday I go looking for my low cholesterol meat. Hopefully our paths intersect.

Feeling good about the way I'm eating. I'll have to prepackage some things for snacks so I keep it in line. Otherwise, it should be fine since I'll be away from the 'extra' food the rest of the day.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm mixing up some sunflower seeds, almonds, and raisins. Maybe throw in a few chocolate chips?
