ckworksalot's Journal, 16 September 2014

So I came across the August 2014 People magazine today... page 80 article about 6 readers that lost 100 lbs or more in the last year. It shows a before and after picture of each... all look fit... and it gives a sample of their daily diets. Everyone of them appears to following the balanced approach I have been following since January 2014! Makes me feel good about the path I am on! Someone mentioned all my hard work is paying off... I admit that when in the gym I work hard, burning 300-600 calories at a time... but I only do that 3 days a week, if that, and I think Ihave only been 2x in the last 3 weeks... AND I AM STILL LOSING FAT! All that to say, "It's really not that hard... this amazing body will heal itself if we give it REAL nutrition! "

yes... loaned my old suburban to my son's friend for the summer, and he let me use his mountan bike in its place. Nice back up plan when something comes up and I have to skip a gym day... or just a good plan instead of gazing into the TV. I have a nice 30 minute route around the neighborhood with some hills for increased intensity. Have not been lately as the sproket bearings are in need of replacement.
