I at least ate 2 meals and a desert today.. yummo desert baked sweet potato topped with saluted apples, no sugar. Could only eat half, thinking good breakfast tomorrow with a rollup of yogurt.
Not sure how to track exercise, mostly just working. Running out of energy, probably early to bed, hoping the dogs stay quiet tonight.
Should be pulling out staples, probably not. Body is sore from unusual contorted positions to get everything torn apart.
